摘 要: 以丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酸乙酯基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)为共聚单体,采用分散聚合法在无机盐水溶液中得到了性能稳定的聚合物乳液。产物的红外光谱、DSC曲线及粒径分析表明,这种分散聚合法在制备阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)乳液上是成功的。将所得CPAM用于漂白麦草浆,实验结果表明,自制的CPAM能显著提高浆料中填料的留着率并改善浆料的滤水性能。 Copolymer consisting of acrylamide (AM) and N,N-dimethyl aminoethyl acrylate methyl chloride quarternary (DAC) was prepared by dispersion polymerization in a salt solution. The copolymer molecular structure was identified by IR and DSC. The size of the dispersed particles and their distribution were measured. The results showed that dispersion polymerization of acrylamide (AM) was successful. The copolymer could remarkably improve retention and drainage of bleached wheat straw pulp when it was used as retention and drainage aids.
