摘 要: 目前对滤波电连接器每一针的电容量进行测量是通过电桥手工测量和记录的,这种方式缺点很多。用计算机控制LCR数字电桥自动测量滤波电连接器引脚电容的系统,经实际应用表明具有成本低、精度高、速度快等众多优点,但是前提是必须对整个测量系统中可能引入的系统误差进行精确定量分析,以此为基础在电路板设计、结构设计和软件设计等多方面进行综合考虑。本文重点分析了系统测量误差与减小系统误差的PCB设计,系统误差的估计与修正方法。 So far capacitance of every pin of filtered electronic connectors is measured and recorded manually by using LCR bridge, which have obvious defect. Practical application presents that computer-controlled digital LCR bridge which can automatically measure the capacitance of filtered electronic connectors is much more excellent in cost, accuracy and speed. This digital LCR bridge requires accurate quantificational analysis to all possible systematic error induced by the whole system, which is the basis of other designs like print circuit board design, structure design and software design etc. A detailed analysis focused on systematic measurement error, PCB design for reducing such error, error estimation and revision methods are presented.
