摘 要: 在无光照时,6种淡水绿藻在有硫缺硫培养条件下都可以产生氢气,产生氢气最多的是缺硫培养液内的斜生栅藻(Scenedesmus obliqnus),最少的是缺硫培养液内的小球藻(Chlorellavnlgaris)。在随后的持续光照(165μmol.m-2.s-1)条件下,斜生栅藻、1969(Chlamydomonas augustae)、雪衣藻(Chlamydomonasnivalis)、小球藻在有硫培养液内释放的氢气量比在缺硫培养液内释放的氢气多。莱茵衣藻(Chlamydo-monas reinhardtii)和蛋白核小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidosa)在缺硫培养液内释放氢气量比较多。在光照缺硫培养条件下莱茵衣藻释放氢气量最多,在光照有硫培养条件下蛋白核小球藻释放氢气量最多。 Under dark conditions, all of them can product hydrogen in the TAP and TAP-S culture medium maximum. The maximum total yield of hydrogen produced was produced by Scenedesrnus obliqnus in TAP-S culture medium and the least total yield of hydrogen produced was produced by Chlorella vnlgaris in TAP culture medium. Under continuous illumination of 165 /μmol · m^-2 · s^-1 conditions, more hydrogen was produced by Scenedesmus obliqnus, Chlamydomonas augustae, Chlamydomonas nivalis and Chlorella vnlgaris in TAP culture medium than that of in TAP-S culture medium. On the other hand, Chlamydomonas reinhardtii and Chlorella pyrenoidosa produced more hydrogen in TAP-S culture medium. The maximum total yield of hydrogen produced was produced by Chlamydomonas reinhardtii in TAP-S culture medium and the maximum total yield of hydrogen pro- duced was produced by Chlorella pyrenoidosa in TAP culture medium.
