摘　　要： 新药行业是供应链中的重要环节,其市场风险由多重因素决定,可以采用最小二乘法,对2000年到2006年中医药行业的市场风险进行实证分析,得出该行业历史风险特征,在经济走势差的年份中,新药供应链的市场系统风险为负值,这为投资组合风险的构建提供了基础资料. 　New medicine industry is a key link in the supplying chain,which its market risk is relative with many factors.Empiric analysis of it market risk and return between 2000 and 2006 is by least squares method Regression Analysis could get the historical characteristics of the industry.The result supplies the some information to financial analysis.
