摘　　要： 语言的层阶性(hierarchy)和递归性(recursion)是形式语言学的事实依据;进化动力学通过对语法一致性阀值的运算和求解,澄清了对普遍语法的各种误解,并论证了普遍语法的逻辑必然性。形式语言学和学习理论把语言作为一种生物现象和进化的产物进行研究是科学的。 The two properties of language, hierarchy and recursion, provide a factual foundation of formal linguistics. Evolutionary dynamics, which computes the coherence threshold and defines the search space of grammars, clarifies the various misrepresentations of UG and demonstrates UG a logical necessity in the context of formal linguistics and learning theory, which study language scientifically as a biological phenomenon and a product of evolution.
