摘 要: 推导了稳态运行的自抽运单共振光参变振荡器(Self-Pumped Singly Resonant Optical Parametric Oscillator,SPSRO)的功率特性表达式。分析了环形谐振腔的结构特性,外部抽运波、激光、信号波的高斯光束聚焦特性,二阶非线性作用过程中的相位失配,以及四能级激光增益介质的端面抽运特性。以掺钕的周期极化铌酸锂(Nd∶PPLN)同时作为激光增益和二阶非线性介质,分析了自抽运单共振光参变振荡器的阈值和输出信号波的功率特性。结果可应用于分析一般激光器和单共振光参变振荡器的功率特性。 The power characteristics formulations for a steady-state operating, self pumped singly resonant optical parametric oscillator (SPSRO) are derived. The characteristics of ring cavity structure, focusing Gaussian beams of pump wave, laser, signal wave, and phase mismatching in the second-order nonlinear process are analysed. Meanwhile, the four-level laser gain medium with end-pumped structure is taken into account. Using the Nd^3+-doped periodically poled lithium niobate (Nd: PPLN) as the medium of laser gain and second-order nonlinear, the power characteristics of threshold and output signal wave are analyzed. The results can also be applied to analyze the power characteristics of conventional laser and singly resonant optical parametric oscillator.
