摘　　要： 关于《乐府补题》结社唱和的时间、地点以及诸词之寄托,学界向有争论。在前人研究基础上,对上述问题进一步推考,发现首咏地点,陈恕可宛委山房在杭州,而非前人所定之越州;第四咏《摸鱼儿.紫云山房拟赋莼》乃为王沂孙之出处而发,当作于王沂孙出为庆元路学正以后;第五咏《桂枝香.天柱山房拟赋蟹》可能寄托了补题诸老对于宋末二帝逃、亡于海的感怆。 There have been debates on the time, location and the purport of the ci-poems of the association＇s formation and the writing and responding to the ci-poems concerning Writings Supplementary to Folk Songs and Ballads （Yuefu Buti）. After my further research on the basis of the studies of the preceding researchers, it has been found that Chen Shuke＇s Wanwei Mountainous House, the first place where poets wrote and responded to the poems was in Hangzhou, rather than Yuezhou as certain preceding researchers said. The 4^th ci-poem Searching for Fish ＂A poem Composed for Water Shield at Purple-Cloud Mountainous House （ Moyuer Ziyun Shanfang ni Fychun） should have been composed inspired from Wang Yisun＇s poem when he was appointed division chief of education of Qingyuan County. The 5^th ci-poem Cassia Twig＇s Fragrance. A poem Composed for a Crab at Sky Pillar Mountainous House might have the implication of the related poets＂ melancholy and lament on the last two Song-Dynasty emperors＂ fleeing and drowning themselves in the see
