摘　　要： 短期自由刑的改革措施之一为改善行刑处遇。周末监禁、半监禁、家中监禁、电子监控均为其改革实践。这些措施对我国的刑罚实践有一定的借鉴意义。现代刑事政策以谦抑、经济、人道为基本内涵,其中的行刑社会化实践正是治疗短期自由刑弊病的良药。 One of the reform measures during the short-term imprisonment penalty is to improve the treatment in such ways as the weekend imprisonment, quasi-imprisonment, imprisonment at home, or electronic surveillance.
