摘 要: 采用新型内循环生物流化床处理油脂废水,对影响反应器处理效果的因素进行了考察.结果表明,对于同一载体,流化床的除污效果会随着载体投加量的增加而变好;对于相同投加量的不同载体的流化床,其除污率由高到低依次为活性炭、沸石、烧结陶粒.水力停留时间越长,对油的去除率越高;对于中浓度和高浓度的油脂废水,当水力停留时间分别为2.5和3.7 h时,除油率可达到80%.处理油脂废水的最佳pH值应控制在6.8~7.8,适量的表面活性剂对微生物降解油脂有促进作用;在HRT为1 h时,曝气量宜控制在0.8~1.6 L/min,在HRT为2 h时,曝气量宜控制在0.7~1.65 L/min. A new-type inner circulation biological fluidized bed was applied to treat oil and grease wastewater, and the factors influencing the treatment efficiency of the reactor were investigated. The results show that when the same carriers are used, the pollutant removal efficiency of the fluidized bed becomes better with the increase of carrier dosage. When the different carriers are used at the same dosage, the pollutant removal efficiency of the fluidized bed is in the order of activated carbon, zeolite and agglomerate ceramsite. The longer HRT is, the better oil and grease removal efficiency is. For middle and high concentration oil and grease wastewater, the oil removal efficiency can reach 80% when HRT is 2.5 h and 3.7 h respectively. The optimum pH in the treatment of oil and grease wastewater should be controlled at 6.8 to 7.8. The appropriate amount of surface-active agent can accelerate the biodegradation of oil and grease. When HRT is 1 h and 2 h, the aeration rate should be controlled at 0.8 to 1.6 L/min and 0.7 to 1.65 L/min respectively.
