摘　　要： 当代法国著名社会学家布迪厄以实践理论作为其方法论的后盾,质疑结构主义语言观,对索绪尔、乔姆斯基、奥斯汀等的语言理论进行了社会学意义上的批判,认为不应把语言仅仅看作一种沟通的手段,不应忽视语言是权力关系的一种工具或媒介。布迪厄深受维特根斯坦后期语言哲学的影响,主张突破结构主义语言观的桎梏,将语言置于实践中考察其功用,注重语言和社会实践,尤其是语言和权力的亲密关系,将语言的社会哲学研究推进到当代思想前沿,具有强烈的政治批判色彩。 This paper makes an exploration of Pierre Bourdieu＇ s theories on language and on the relations between language, power and politics. Pierre Bourdieu develops a forceful critique of traditional approaches to language, including structural linguistics of Sanssure and Chomsky and the theory of speech-acts elaborated by Austin. He argues that language should be viewed not only as a means of communication but also as a medium of power. Deeply influenced by the language philosophy of Wittgenstein in the later period, Bourdieu stresses the intimate relations of language, social practice and political power. A major contribution to the study of language and power, Bourdieu＇ s views on language sheds fresh light on the social critique of language, and also opens up a new approach to language philosophy studies.
