摘 要: 利用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),丙烯酸丁酯(BA)及功能性单体丙烯酸(AA)、交联单体甲基丙烯酸β-羟乙酯(HE-MA)、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)作为原料,采用乳液聚合的方法合成了具有核壳结构的水性丙烯酸酯乳液。实验讨论了不同合成工艺的核壳设计及反应温度、中和度等因素对乳液聚合的影响,引发剂对单体转化率及凝胶率的影响,以及不同固化方式对乳液膜性能的影响。 The core- shell structure waterborne acrylate emulsion could be prepared with methyl methacrylate (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA) and other functional monomers, such as AA, HEMA etc as raw materials by means of emulsion polymerization. The influences of different synthesis technologies of core - shell design, reaction temperature and neutralization degrees on the emulsion polymerization and the influences of amount of initiator on conversion and gelation rate, and the effects of different curing methods on performance of emulsion film are discussed in detail.
