摘　　要： 目前我国人力资源管理人才供不应求,"软"人才职业成为最大的热门,但现状是:仍有找不到相应工作的人力资源专业毕业生,出现供不应求与供过于求倒挂的现象。人力资源管理学科建设的完善和充实,有待进行教学改革,具体可以从两个方面进行:人力资源管理有效教学方式的运用和人力资源管理课程模式的设置。 Presently in our country talents of human resource management are in great demand. However, in the labor market, some HRM graduates can not find jobs relevant to their major. It seems that on one hand, the demand of talents exceeds the supply; but on the other hand, students＇ difficulty in finding jobs implies that the supply exceeds the demand. In order to solve the problem, the paper argues that it is essential to conduct teaching reform to improve the program of HRM. Two suggestions are presented in this paper： to apply more effective teaching methods and to design course models.
