摘 要: 用传统陶瓷工艺制备了Ni0.32Cu0.10Zn0.60O(Fe2O3)0.98铁氧体材料,研究了添加V2O5对材料烧结特性和磁性能的影响。结果表明,当V2O5为0.12%(w)时,晶粒生长均匀、结构较好。此时在50kHz、150mT、100℃测试条件下,功耗有最小值(275.7 kW/m3),其值为未掺杂损耗(689.5 kW/m3)的40%。 ( Nio.32Cuo.1Zno.60)O(Fe2O3)0.98 ferrite was prepared by traditional ceramic process. Effects of V205 additives on the sintering behaviors and magnetic properties of NiCuZn ferrites were investigated. It was found that the minimum power loss as low as 275.7 kW/m^3(measured at a frequency of 50kHz,rnagnetic field 150 mT and temperature of 100℃ )for a homoge- neous and fine-grained microstructure was achieved for sample with 0.12 % (w) V205, decreased by 40 % compared to the sample without adding V205.
