摘 要: 复方保健袋泡饮品具有卫生和方便等特点,为广大消费者欢迎。精选山东当地的大枣和香菇制成袋泡饮品,香味浓郁、绵厚、略带淡淡的焦糖味。经正交试验,315次配比,最终确定香菇大枣袋泡饮品的最佳工艺为:香菇用量30%-40%,大枣用量60%-70%,香菇片与大枣片的最佳烘烤温度均为95℃。 The health mixture-bag beverage possess the characteristic of hygiene and convenience. In this experiment, we used the Chinese dates and mushrooms to prepare the kind of product.Experimental result showed the optimal prescription was:the mushrooms content was 30% -40% and Chinese dates content was 60% - 70% ,Booth the pieces of mushrooms and the pieces of Chinese dates were roasted at 95 ℃.
