摘 要: 应用差示扫描量热分析仪,测量了3种粒径中空玻璃微珠(HGB:TK10、TK35和TK70)填充聚丙烯(PP)复合材料的结晶性能。结果表明,当HGB体积分数(фf)小于5%时,复合材料的结晶度有所下降;随着的增加,PP/TK70复合体系的结晶度上升,而PP/TK35体系则继续减小。当为10%时,复合体系的结晶度随着HGB粒径的增加而呈线性函数形式提高。 The crystallization properties of polypropylene filled with hollow glass beads in three different sizes of diameter(HGB:TK10, TK35 and TK70) were measured by means of a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The results show that the crystalUnity of the composites somewhat reduces when HGB volume fraction(φf) is smaller than 5%, and then increases for PP/tK70 system, while decreases continually for PP/TK35 system with increasing φf. When φf is 10 %, the crystallininity of the composites increases as a linear function with an increase of HGB diameter.
