摘　　要： 图书馆引进RFID需对投资进行估算,通过介绍RFID标签的价格、计算参考标准,并按计算参考标准对深圳图书馆RFID项目的价格进行粗略核算,认为图书馆在预测引进RFID第一笔投资费用时,可按每件馆藏$8.8元的价格进行概算。图书馆引进RFID的回报估算范围主要包括对图书馆运营成本的影响以及图书馆服务质量的变化,重点介绍Laura的回报测算、服务质量提高测算,最后提出图书馆RFID投资回报测算模型。 　Libraries should estimate the investment before introducing RFID.This paper discusses the RFID tag price and the investment estimate method.Using this method,it measures the investment of ShenZhen Public Library＇s RFID Program.This paper suggests that when libraries estimating the first investment in bringing RFID,the price of each resource item can be 8.8 yuan.Then it discusses the return of RFID in libraries,including the effect on libraries＇circulation cost as well as the influence to service quality.The paper also introduces Laura＇s opinion and the way of computing the service quality improvement.At last,this article shows the estimate model of RFID＇s return on investment.
