摘　　要： 针对国内洗衣机电机驱动系统技术落后现状，利用一体化的设计思想，完成了洗衣机用直接驱动永磁同步电动机系统硬件方面的设计。首先对洗衣机驱动系统进行了细致的需求分析，指出了直接驱动系统设计中需要解决的主要问题，提出了直接驱动永磁同步电动机本体的设计任务；然后制定了本体的设计方案；最后，结合降低成本提高性能的核心目的，设计了驱动器的硬件方案。仿真和试验结果表明了方案的可行性。 As the status of washer motor drive system in civil is laggard, this hardware design of direct drive PMSM used in washer which makes use of integrated idea is implemented. Firstly, the refining need analysis of drive system for washer is carrying out, the main questions which need to be solved in the design of direct drive system are indicated, and the design task of direct drive PMSM body is presented. Secondly, the body＇ s design scheme is made, Lastly, the hardware scheme of driver at the core aim of reducing cost and improving performance. Simulation and experimental results show the scheme is feasible.
