摘 要: 综述了国内外有关代谢相关酶系(包括细胞色素P450酶系,CYP6A1,CYP6A2,CYP6D,非特异性酯酶,醛氧化酶,谷胱甘肽S-转移酶等)变异产生的抗药性,以及农药靶标蛋白(包括乙酰胆碱酯酶,钠离子通道,γ-氨基丁酸(GA-BA)受体氯离子通道等)变异产生的抗药性方面的最新研究成果,并从分子水平阐明代谢抗性和靶标抗性产生的机制。 The present paper reviewed the studies on insecticide resistance mainly from the molecular mechanism of metabolic resistance( including P450, CYP6A1, CYP6A2, CYP6D, Esterase, Aldehyde oxidase, Glutathione stransferases) and target-site resistance(including Acetylcholinesterase, Sodium Channel, GABA receptor channel) , and discussed the main factors about insecticide resistance as well as the structure and function of the factors related resistance, in order to help the monitoring and management of insecticide resistance at present.
