摘　　要： 中国现在正处于城市建设与更新的高潮期,在遗产区及其附近,城市发展建设与遗产保护往往是矛盾的关系,城市建设往往威胁着遗产的价值。遗产的价值正在遭受着怎样的威胁?要采取怎样的措施挽救和恢复?《濒危世界遗产名录》里的典型案例会给出一些启示:即怎样才能摆脱城市发展建设对遗产地的威胁,最终达到城市发展与遗产保护的和谐状态。 Urban construction is prosperous in China. In the heritage site and the areas nearby, urban development and construction conflicts with heritage conservation, and urban development usually threatens the value of heritage site. In the latter case, what threats do the values of heritage expose to？ And what measures should we take to save and resume the heritage？ The typical cases in the World Heritage in Danger List could give us some lessons： why are these heritages with outstanding and universal value in the List, and how do they get rid of the threats from urban development and construction to achieve the balance of urban development and heritage conservation？
