摘　　要： 采用两因素交叉试验法,以大豆粕、棉仁粕和菜籽粕为主要蛋白源,在饲料中添加2个水平(0.75%和1.50%)的Ca(H2PO4)2和3个水平(0,500,1000 U/kg)的植酸酶,经过8周饲养试验后,结果显示:在饲料中添加500 U/kg植酸酶可使草鱼的净增重提高15.45%～18.09%,饲料系数显著降低(P<0.05),鱼体磷的贮积率增加。 The effects of phytase supplementation on growth performance and phosphorus availability in grass carp larval were studied by cross design for two factors.The 0.75 % or 1.50 % Ca （H2PO4）2 and 0,500 or 1000 U/kg phytase were added respectively in diets formulated mainly with soybean meal, cotton seed meal and rape seed meal as protein resources.After reared for 8 weeks,the results were as follow：The phytase adding 500 U/kg in diet could improve the net weight increase of grass carp by 15.45 % - 18.09 %,enhance rate of phosphorus in body of the fish,and reduce the feed coefficient（P 〈 0.05）.
