摘　　要： 上海要在21世纪建设都市型农业,迫切需要建成与之相适应的农业服务体系。本文分析了上海植保队伍的现状问题,阐述了植保工作在都市型农业中的地位和功能,提出了稳定植保队伍,加强从业人员再教育以及植保毕业生择业教育等对策。 Urban agriculture of Shanghai will be established in the 21th century. It's urgent need to form agricultural service system. This paper is to analyse the current situation and problems of plant protection in urban agriculture. Finally, some strategies such as stablizing rank of plant protection,stenthening re-education of people in position and job -finding education of graduates in colleges and schools were promoted.
