摘　　要： 本文提出的研究型教师所要遵从的新"三从四德"中,"三从"指"从自我,从他人,从理论","四德"指"教育型品德,创造型品德,素质型品德,反思型品德"。 　Although three obediences and four virtues which is considered to be feudal dross is criticized by people,it,in some degree,includes essential virtues for Chinese women.That to be a research teacher is the new teaching concept which the new age brings to teachers.Thus,the paper is trying to put the feudal three obediences and four virtues into new situation to standard research teacher＇s behavior and give it a new positive meaning.In this case,the three obediences are to myself,to others and to theories;and the four virtues are educational,creative,qualitative and reflective.
