摘　　要： 作为承担我国高等教育大众化重任的地方高等院校的健康发展,关系到我国高等教育的质量,关系到我国国民素质的提升,关系到国家经济发展水平的提高。该文从重视科学教育与人文教育的融合,强化专业实践课程及实践活动,科学规划专业设置三个方面分析和探讨我国地方高等院校在培养人才方式上应注意的问题。 Local universities bear the important task of higher education popularization, having to do with the quality of higher education and the promotion of the national quality in our country, as well as the improvement of the national economic development level. The essay analyses the orientation problems from three aspects about the personnel training among local universities in China： combining humanistic education and science education; intensifying professional practice curriculum; propraming scientific curriculum setting.
