摘　　要： 金文中的是一个表示与祭祀活动有关的字,历来有多种理解,近来又有貉祭说。根据时间、祭祀对象及目的看,与貉当是两种不同性质的祭祀。《汉语大字典》中所收录的盠器铭中的"盠"是人名而非官职。 The GFEAl in the inscriptions on bronze is a Chinese character related to the sacrifice activity, and has many different meanings all along. And recently it is regard as Hao Sacrifice by someone. According to the time, sacrifice object and aim, GFEAl and Hao are two sacrifices different in their nature. The character ＂Li＂ embodied in the Great Chinese Dictionary is a name rather than an official position.
