摘　　要： 高新技术产业发展需要市场制度的推动。从技术开发体系、孵化制度、中介制度、融资制度、知识产权制度、法律法规体系等方面探讨了市场制度创新,提出了相应的对策。 The development of high-tech industry relies on the promotion of the market system. This paper probes into the innovation of the market system and puts forward some countermeasures accordingly based on the technological development system, incubation system, intermediary system, financing system, intellectual property right system, and regulatory and legal system.
