摘 要: 人类对红曲霉的应用源于我国古代,但直到20世纪70年代,以Monacolin K为代表的多种红曲霉次级代谢产物在药用方面惊人的潜在价值才相继被发现,它们正成为国内外学者研究的热点。综合概述了各种发酵因素对红曲霉生产Monacolin K的影响及其在生产研究上的进展。 Though the application of Monascus originated in Chinese antiquity, the Monacolin K, being representative of the strain's physiological active secondary metabolic, was discovered with prodigious value in pharmaceutics since 1970s. And it is becoming one of the hit topics all over the world. This article reviewed the effect of some factors on production of MonacoUn K.
