摘　　要： 基于《科学的社会用途》介绍布尔迪厄的科学场域(学术场域)理论,探讨高等教育组织与高深知识的环境——学术场域的特点。认为布尔迪厄的学术场域理论对高等教育组织与高深知识的运作机制及特征具有较强的解释力和认识意义。 The article introduces Bourdieu＇ s intellectual field theory based on his book named Les Usages Sociaux de la Science, explores the characteristics of the environment of higher education organizations and higher learning——intellectual field. It is believed that intellectual field theory helps to understand better the operational mechanism and characteristics of higher education organizations and higher learning.
