摘 要: 在实验室条件下,就常用农用化学品(杀虫剂、除草剂及氮肥)对三带喙库蚊幼虫(CulextritaeniorhychusGiles)的杀伤作用及几种除草剂对稻田害虫天敌的优势种拟水狼蛛(Piratasubpiraticus)的直接杀伤作用进行了测定,结果表明,多数农用化学品对蚊幼虫有严重的直接杀伤作用,包括广谱性杀虫剂、除草剂中的丁草胺、除草醚及尿素。而且,广谱性杀虫剂,如氧化乐果、甲胺磷和久效磷其10d残效杀伤力仍达极显著水平。而除草剂的残效杀伤力较小。此外,尽管供试的5种除草剂中有4种对拟水狼蛛无明显直接杀伤作用,但丁草胺的24h杀伤力较高,LC50值为228.55mg/L。并就试验结果对稻田IPM的意义进行了讨论。 Lethal effects of several agrochemicals (insecticides, herbicides and N fertilizers) on larvae of mosquitoes. Culex tritaeniorhychus Giles, and some herbicides on Pirata subpiraticus were investigated in the laboratory. Most of agrochemicals had obvious direct lethality on wigglers, including broadspectrum insecticides, butachlor, nitrofen and carbamide. Furthermore, the water solution after 10 days treated with methamidophos, moncrotophs and omethoate can kill wigglers significantly. Although 4 of 5 herbicides tested have no direct effect on Pirata subpiraticus, the mortality of the natural enemy treated with butachlor was high to 70% after 24 h. The toxicity regression equation is y=-0.1727+2.2661x with LC50=228.55 mg/L. The significance of the results obtained to IPM in rice field was discussed in the paper.
