摘 要: 本文重点介绍以高温烟气增浓器和全废液喷燃炉组成的酒精废液浓缩焚烧系统的运行效果。结果表明,该技术解决了废液浓缩燃烧产生积垢结焦的难题,达到浓缩和焚烧热能自给平衡,投资小、占地少、流程短、操作简单、运行费用低、彻底解决废液造成的污染,开创了糖蜜酒精废液处理的新方法。 This article mainly introduced the running effect on the alcohol wastewater concentrated combustion treatment system, composed of high temperature haze enrichment and the entire waste liquid spurting burns stove.The result indicated that this technology successfully resolved the difficult problems of accumulating ash and forming burnt in the process of waste liquid concentrated combustion, and achieved the self-sufficient balance of heat energy between the concentration and the combustion. It has the convenience of low investment, less land area occupied, short process, simple operation, low running cost, and therefore thoroughly solved the waste water pollution, presented a novel treatment method of alcohol wastewater.
