摘 要: 针对现有机械式试油三相分离器计量方法的不足,研制了一套试油三相分离器自动化计量系统。该系统由传感变送器(压力、温度、流量、压差)、接口箱、便携式微机系统3部分组成,可以以曲线和表格形式在屏幕上显示计量结果,也可以存储并打印数据。现场应用表明,气计量精度高于1%,液计量精度高于2%,防尘、防潮、防爆、抗震,装卸方便、工作可靠。 In order to solve disadvantages of conventional mechanical measurement methods used in three-phase separator for well testing, a new automatic measurement system was designed and developed. The new automatic measurement system consists of transducers mounted just beside the separator on manifolds; portable interface adaptor and portable computer embedded special software. The software embedded in the portable computer could control the acquisition of measured parameters, and could process measured parameters. And, the measured parameters taken could be displayed on computer screen, could be stored in computer as files. Having been in application in 5 wells, it is found that the new automatic measurement system could enhance the efficiency and accuracy.
