摘 要: 以烟(台)青(岛)一级公路烟台段试验路为应用研究对象,应用大型商业通用有限元软件ABAQUS计算分析了沥青混凝土加铺层反射裂缝的受力特性,为加铺层的结构设计和材料设计提供依据。研究表明:随着沥青加铺基层厚度的增加,控制着路面裂缝扩展的剪切型应力强度因子KⅡ呈减小趋势;沥青稳定碎石模量对加铺层的抗裂性能有重要影响,裂缝尖端的应力强度因子将随着加铺基层模量的增大而增大;大粒径碎石沥青加铺基层中孔洞的存在极大地消减了裂缝尖端的应力集中,有助于阻碍裂缝的进一步发展。 With Yantai section experimental road of Yantai-Qingdao Class I Highway for research object, the strength characteristic of the reflective crack in asphalt overlays was analyzed bythe commerce FEM software ABAQUS to provide for structure and material design of asphalt overlays. The stress intensity factor(SIF) of shear type K; controlling the road surface crack shows a tendency to reduce with the increases of thicknesses of asphalt overlays. It is a great influence of asphalt stabilized crushed stone's(ASCS) module to the overlay's crack resistance and SIF would increase by the increase of the module of asphalt overlay. The stress concentration on the crack tip would be eliminated greatly by the existences of holes in the heavy grains asphalt overlays. It contributes to hindering the further development of the crack.
