摘　　要： 通过对酒店库存的分析,基于存储策略分析流程,探讨了在订货提前时间和需求量均随机情况下确定存储策略的方法,并根据酒店日常物资需求量建立了相关库存数学模型。通过对所建库存模型的分析和优化,确定存储策略和随机当量,并以实例进行计算和结果仿真,验证该模型的可行性和实用性。 Based on the reference to procedure of stock strategy, the paper analyzed the inventory condition of the hotel, and studies the method of establishing stock strategy in the case of stochastic order time and stochastic requirement. According to the daily requirement of the material in the hotel, relevant mathematic model of inventory was set up. The model of inventory was analyzed and optimized to define stochastic equivalent and stock strategy. Feasibility and application were correspondingly tested.
