跑台运动和脑缺血对大鼠海马神经再生的促进作用

摘  要: 观察跑台运动和脑缺血对海马神经再生的影响。方法:用线栓法阻塞大脑中动脉以建立大鼠单侧脑缺血再灌注模型,并通过免疫组织化学粢色计数海马及海马齿状回内5-溴脱氧尿嘧啶核苷(BrdU)免疫阳性细胞数量。结果:对照组动物缺血侧和健侧相比较,海马内BrdU免疫阳性细胞数以及海马齿状回内BrdU免疫阳性细胞数均有非常显著性差异;跑台运动组动物缺血侧和健侧比较,两者均有非常显著性差异;无论是缺血侧还是健侧,跑台运动组动物海马和齿状回内BrdU免疫阳性细胞数均明显高于对照组动物。结论:缺血过程可明显提高海马内的新生神经细胞数量,跑台运动则可进一步提高海马的神经再生水平。 It observed the effects of treadmill running and cerebral ischemia on hippocampus neurogenesis of adult mrs. The method of tie with thread was used to occlude cerebral artery so as to set up a model of re-pouring after rats' cerebral single-side occlusion, counted the number of 5-bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) immune positive cells in hippocampus and dentate gyrus by the aid of immune histochemistry staining. The results show that eompared ischemia side of the rats in the control group with their non-ischemia side, there exist very significant differences in the number of BrdU immune positive cells in hippocampus and dentate gyms; there are also very remarkable differences between ischemia side and non-ischemia side of the rats in treadmill running group in the above numbe.rs; the numbers of BrdU immune positive cells in hippocampus and dentate gyms of the rats in the treadmill running group, whether it's that on ischemia side or non-ischemia side, are obviously greater than those of the control group. It concludes that ischemia process can notably increase the number of neurogenesis cells in hippocampus gyms and treadmill running can further enhance the level of hippocampus neurogenesis.
