摘　　要： 祭祀仪式与饮食习俗有着密切关系,围绕食物供品发生的献祭行为处于祭祀仪式的核心地位,具有特殊的符号意指功能和象征意涵。在人神之间求索酬报活动中,白花村客家人承袭了一系列传递其思维模式的食物供品献祭体系,并通过形状、属性、"谐音类比规则"来隐喻祈福禳灾的心理需求,隐含了客家人基于联想的象征思维模式。 The sacrificial ceremony is closely related with diet customs. The sacrificial behavior surrounding fete food plays core role in the ceremony, and delivers special parabolic meanings and implication. During the communicating with the omniscience, people of Hakka inherit a set of sacrificial food systems to express their feelings. Through the shape, attribute and pronunciation of the food, Hakka pray for fortune and avoid disaster, concealing symbolic through the pattern, which based on association.
