玻璃苗中纤维素、木素及元素含量变化的研究

摘  要: 本研究通过14C萄葡糖参与珠美海棠(Maluszumi)玻璃化发生过程中的代谢活动,测定了玻璃苗不同部位的纤维素和木素中的放射性活度,摸清了玻璃苗中纤维素和木素含量的分布状况及变化。利用中子活化分析技术测定了玻璃苗不同部位中的多种元素含量和分布状况及变化。结果表明,玻璃苗中纤维素和木素的合成速度比正常苗降低了1038%,降解速度增加了1876%,造成玻璃苗中纤维素和木素含量下降4368%;玻璃苗不同部位中绝大多数元素含量低于正常苗的对应部位,其中以茎尖段部位与正常苗对应部位相差最多,仅为正常苗茎尖段中对应元素含量的2548%~5816%;多数元素在玻璃苗或正常苗不同部位中的分布规律都是相同的,即多数元素均在茎尖段和叶片中含量高,在茎基段和去叶茎中含量低。 By testing the radioactivity of cellulose and lignine in different parts of vitreous shoot after 14 C glucose involved in the metabolism during the process of vitrification,the distribution and variation of cellulose and lgnine in vitreous shoot of Malus zumi were studied.Meanwhile the variation and status of distribution of many elements content in the different parts of vitreous shoot were determined by neutron activation analysis technique.The results showed that,the compositon rate of cellulose and lignine in vitreous shoot was 10 38% lower than that of normal shoot,while the decomposition rate was 18 76% higher.The content of cellulose and lignine in vitreous shoot decreased 43 68%,which was singnificantly lower than that in normal shoot. Most of the element content in diffent parts of vitreous shoot was over than that of the corresponding parts in normal shoot,especially with the tip part of shoot,which was only 25 48%~58 16% of normal shoot.
