摘 要: 研究不同碳源和氮源对鸡冠花愈伤组织生长及花色素苷积累的影响。试验实验结果表明。在7种所试验碳源中.以蔗糖效果最好。30~40g·L^-1的浓度对愈伤组织生长和花色素苷的积累较为有利。浓度高至90g·L^-1时花色素苷的含量最高,但不利于愈伤组织的生长。培养基中的总含氮量以30m mol·L^-1为宜。浓度大时促进花色素苷的积累.但对愈伤组织的生长不利。以NH4^+作唯一氮源时。会对愈伤组织的生长起抑制作用。 Effect of sugar and nitrogen on the callus growth and anthocyanin accumulation in celosia cristata was studied in the paper. Seven sugars were tried as carbon source for the callus growth and anthocyanin accumulation. Sucrose was optimal for callus growth and anthocyanin production. The condensation of 30-40 g·L^-1 was suitable both for callus growth and for pigmentation. Sucrose of 90 g·L^-1 in the medium could produce more anthocynin but prevented callus growth. When the medium containing 30 mmol·L^-1 nitrogen callus growth and pigmenting appeared better. Higher concentration of nitrogen increased anthocyanin but prevented callus growth. Growth suppression was observed when NH4^+ was the only nitrogen source in the medium.
