摘　　要： 在当代西方公民制度研究中,主要存在以托马斯·马歇尔为代表的系统理论、以迈克尔·曼为代表的阶级冲突理论和以查尔斯·替利为代表的战争冲突理论。这三种理论模式之间既有共识更有分歧,而整合之道就在于确立社会、国家和国际关系"公民制度三动力说"。 In the Western contemporary studies of citizenship, the dominant theories are T. H. Marshall’s system theory, Michael Mann’s classed conflict theory and Charles Tilly’s warred conflict theory. The three theories contain consensus and contradiction. To combine all these theories, this thesis tries to establish 'citizenship's tri-impetus model'-civil society, state and international relation.
