高效复合微生物处理含机油废水的工艺优化

摘  要: 从受石油污染的土壤中培养获得试验用菌群,经开放式筛选驯化后得到以机油为唯一碳源进行生长代谢的混合菌群。用实验室配置的含机油废水,对此菌群的除油能力进行了摇瓶试验研究。结果表明,混合菌群的最佳生长条件为:温度30~35℃,pH7.0~7.5,摇床转速190~240r/min;废水中不超过6000mg/L的氯离子对菌群除油没有明显影响,但高于9000mg/L就会对菌群活性产生抑制,抑制度随氯离子浓度增高而加大;增溶剂SDS浓度不超过100mg/L时可促进菌群对机油的降解,但更高浓度的SDS则对菌群活性产生抑制,抑制度随SDS浓度增高而加大;与葡萄糖共基质的降解试验结果表明,经过7d的降解,不超过150mg/L的葡萄糖与1000mg/L机油组成的共基质体系中,机油去除基本不受葡萄糖加入的影响,但葡萄糖浓度高于500mg/L时,则会对菌群的除油率产生抑制,抑制程度随着葡萄糖浓度的提高而加大;铜离子浓度5mg/L以下时不会对菌群产生不利影响,但10mg/L的铜离子对菌群活性有较大影响,菌群5d的除油率只有17.0%。 An experimental bacteria community was cultured and prepared in the pelroleum-fouling soil; through sieving and acclimatization, acompound bacteria community could be acquired, which can be carried out growing metabolism with machine oil as sole carbon. Aiming at the wastewater-containing oil formulated in lab,the oil removal ability of the bacteria community was studied in a shaking bottle. The results showed that the optimal growth conditions of the compound bacteria communities are as follows; temperature 30-35℃,pH 7.0-7.5, rotating speed of shaking table 190-240r/min, the Cl^- ion in the wastewater with less than Cl^- 6000mg/L had no obvious influence on oil removal, but that in the wastewater with higher than Cl^- 9000mg/L resulted in inhibition against activity of the bacteria community, the inhibiting degree was increased with the increases of C^l- concentration. In addition, the concentration of solubilizing agent SDS, glucose concentration and Cu^2+ concentration all had a certain influence on the activity of the bacteria community.
