摘　　要： 今年在俄罗斯举办"中国年"使中俄关系蓬勃发展的良好势头得到推进,为进一步加强双边经贸合作关系提供了对接平台。在俄罗斯举办"中国年"期间,必须下功夫解决中俄两国关系发展进程中的薄弱环节,要注重实现务实合作,特别在经贸合作领域应当争取有所突破,全面提升双边关系水平。 ＂Chinese Year＂ held in Russia this year will give impetus to the good momentum for a rigorous development of the Sino- Russian rehtiom and offer a dockage platform for further strengthening the rehtionship of the bilateral economic cooperation. In the period of ＂Chinese Year＂, it is important to deal with the weak link in the process of development of the Sino - Russian relafiomhip, pay more attention to the pragmatic cooperation, and try to make a breakthrough especially in the field of economic and trade cooperation so as to promote the level of the bilateral relationship in an all- round way.
