摘 要: 在孔径为0.30μm左右α-Al2O3微滤膜其孔内表面涂覆ZnO、SnO2、TiO2纳米涂层,均可以显著地提高膜的水通量。实验考察了纳米涂层的显微结构对改性后的α-Al2O3微滤膜水通量的影响规律。结果表明:当改性氧化物的晶粒尺寸在4-7nm之间,涂层的厚度为10-15nm并且涂层表面具有良好平整度时,对于不同的氧化物改性后的α-Al2O3微滤膜的水通量可以提高19.4%-49.6%。 Modified with ZnO,SnO2,TiO2 nano-coating on α-alumina microfiltration membrane(0.30μm) pore surface,the flux of the modified membrane increased significantly.The effect of the nano-coating microstructure on the flux was discussed.The results show the flux of α-alumina microfiltration membrane increases in the range of 19.4% to 49.6% which modified by different oxides,when the grain size of the modifying oxides is 4-7nm,and the nano-coating has excellent surface smoothness and its thickness is 10-15nm.
