密肋壁板结构全寿命质量控制分析

摘  要: 密肋壁板结构是一种节能抗震型建筑结构体系,有着很好的推广应用前景.然而,作为一种新型结构体系还存在着很多不完善的地方,特别是在全寿命质量控制研究方面尚属空白.从密肋壁板结构的全寿命质量控制角度出发,综合考虑了项目策划、实施及运营三个阶段的相互联系,对密肋壁板结构质量控制的关键性问题进行了探讨,重点对设计及施工阶段的质量控制问题进行了比较详细的介绍.研究与分析表明:密肋壁板结构采用的是装配整体式施工方法,就单项工程而言,墙板的型号及外形尺寸对于后期工程的施工质量、工作效率以及工期等都有着至关重要的作用.因此,从全寿命周期的角度出发,在设计阶段对墙板的外形和型号进行优化设计及控制尤为重要.在工程施工阶段,提高施工人员素质和质量意识,制定合理可行的施工方案及关键技术控制目标(包括墙板的吊装就位、连接构造等),对保证工程质量具有十分重要的意义. In the essay, viewed.from life-circle quality control Of multi-ribbed wall slab structures, the plan, implement and running of projects are considered as a whole in discussing the key point of quality control of multi-ribbed wall slab structures. At the same time, the quality control of design and construction are mainly introduced in detail. The relative researches and analysis indicate: that the construction method of multi-ribbed wall slab structures is assembled monolithic. To single item, the type and outer size of wall slab can play a key role in construction quality, working efficacy and project duration. Therefore, from life-cycle period, it is very important to optimize design and control over outer size and type of wall slab in design stage. And to construction, it is meaningful to ensure construction quality by enhancing diathesis and quality concept of constructors and reasonable and feasible construction schemes and control object of key techniques including hoisting and location, connect constitution and so on.
