摘　　要： 霜霉病是丝瓜主要真菌病害之一,在广东菜区严重危害丝瓜生长中后期的功能叶片,严重影响产量和质量,必须进行药剂防治。2003～2004年进行新型杀菌剂25%阿米西达悬浮剂防治丝瓜霜霉病大田药效试验,结果表明,25%阿米西达悬浮剂对丝瓜霜霉病具有优良的防治效果,安全性高,25%阿米西达833倍施药3次的防治效果达到89.80%～91.99%,显著优于对照药剂50%安克可湿性粉剂1667倍和58%雷多米尔-锰锌可湿性粉剂833倍的防效,能够达到快速、有效地控制丝瓜霜霉病,可在生产上推广应用。 Downy mildew is the main disease of angular sponge gourd, it often came on badly in vegetal midanaphase of angular sponge gourd in Guangdong, and it must be controlled for the reason of influencing the quantity and quality badly. During 2003 to 2004, the result of tests in fields showed that 25% Amistar SC using 1：833 for three times gave a control effect of 89.80%-91.99% against downy mildew. These results demonstrated that 25% Amistar SC had excellent better control effect against downy mildew than 50% Acrobat WP （1：1667） and 58% Ridomil Gold-MZ WP （1：833）, and it was worthy to be popularized on the growing practice.
