摘 要: 本文采用佛山地区通用原料,通过正交实验,得出了金属光泽釉的最佳组成。实验发现MnO_2是发色主要氧化物;使色差减小的氧化物可同时增加光泽度。与以前金属釉配方相比,所需铅的含量大为降低。 The optimal chemical composition of metallic lustre glaze was obtained by using existing raw materials from Foshan area through orthogonal experiments. Results show the main coloring oxide was MnO2, and the metal oxides decreasing chromatism could increase glossiness simultaneity. Compared with the previous chemical composition of metal lustre glaze, the lead content of this formulation was lowered markedly.
