摘 要: 用钢铁厂副产品煤气发电是钢铁企业降低能耗、节约成本的重要途径.低热值煤气联合循环发电机组(CCPP)已应用在钢铁企业.现在普遍使用湿法回收的煤气中机械水含量偏高,这既影响CCPP的安全运行,又降低了煤气的热值.本文介绍了当前煤气脱水的主要方式、研究现状及发展方向,提出了适用于CCPP的低成本、高效率煤气脱水新方法. It is important that the coal gas of byproduct is used to generate electricity in the iron and steel plant. Low caloric value gas turbine combined cycle has been used recently. The water in the coal gas by wet process is harmful for the combined cycle power plant (CCPP). In addition, it reduces the caloric value of the coal gas. The major method of dehydration of the coal gas has been briefly introduced in this paper, the present situation and development tendency have been analyzed, and a novel method to dehydrate the coal gas for CCPP with the advantages of low-cost and hlgh-efficiency is planed out.
