摘  要: 把N18(NZ2)锆合金样品经过多种不同的热处理后,用高压釜在500℃,10.3MPa过热蒸汽中进行腐蚀试验,研究了它们的耐疖状腐蚀性能。结果表明:无论是将样品加热到β相,α+β双相还是α相后,快冷还是缓冷,它们经过1100h腐蚀后都没有出现疖状腐蚀。说明在Zr-Sn合金中再添加合金元素Nb后,对疖状腐蚀产生了"免疫性"。样品在500℃过热蒸汽中的腐蚀增重动力学曲线仍可分为两个阶段,转折发生在氧化膜厚度大约为3μm时。 The nodular corrosion resistance of N 18 (NZ2) zirconium alloy specimens by different heat treatments has been investigated by the autoclave tests in the super heat steam of 500℃, 10.3 MPa. The results show that there was no nodular corrosion appeared after the autoclave test for 1100 h in the super heat steam of 500 ℃, 10.3 MPa, regardless the specimens were heat treated in β phase region, in α+β dual phases region or in α phase region followed by fast or slow cooling. It means that the N18 (NZ2) zirconium alloy containing niobium alloying element gives an "immunity" against nodular corrosion. From the corrosion dynamic curve of mass gain against exposure time during autoclave tests in the super heated steam of 500 ℃, 10.3 MPa, two stages can be found with a transition at the thickness of 3 μm for the oxide films.
