摘　　要： 分析了承租人优先购买权的属性,探讨了承租人优先购买权行使的条件及存在的问题,论述了对承租人的优先购买权的法律保护。 This paper analyzes on the property of the preemption right of the lessee, probes into the exertion conditions and existing problems of the preemption right of the lessee, and expounds the legal protection of the preemption right of the lessee.
