摘　　要： 通过无线传输和计算机,对城市路灯实行集中的监测与控制。街区路灯控制装置即监控终端,与设在路灯管理机构的监控中心,形成两级分布式计算机控制系统。监控中心与各监控终端主机之间的通信方式采用通用分组无线业务通信技术(GPRS)、监控终端主机与各监控终端从机之间采用电力线载波通信技术实现数据交换。 Perform monitoring and control to the city street lamps together by wireless transmission and computer. The street control apparatus is the monitor and control terminal. Together with the monitor and control center in the control agency, they form the two stage distributed computer control system. The communication mode between the monitor and control center and each terminal main- frames is the general packet radio service. And the communication technology of power line carrier is adopted between the monitor and control terminal mainframe and each inferior-frames to realize data exchange.
