摘 要: 针对液氮冷冻治疗控制困难,本文介绍了一种利用超声波传感器和AT89C52单片机组成的液氮流量测控系统,利用频差法实现对液氮流量检测。文中详细地论述了超声波流量检测原理、系统硬件结构和工作原理。系统结构简单,操作方便,使用安全,性能稳定可靠,能有效地解决液氮冷冻治疗过程中的流量测量和控制问题。 As to the monitor difficulties of liquid nitrogen cryogenic therapy,this paper introduces a system for measurement and con- trol in liquid nitrogen flow with ultrasonic wave sensor and AT89C52 single chip microcomputer,using frequency-difference method for liquid nitrogen flow detection.The principle of liquid nitrogen flow detection,hardware design and operating principle of whole circuit are also described in this paper. The system structure is simple,h is easy operation,safe and stability. It can settle the problems of flow measurement and control in the liquid nitrogen cryogenic therapy.
