摘 要: 针对预装备东方红1302R的HMT样机,开发了HMT试验台架.在实验台架的测控系统中,下位机完成对发动机油门和电涡流测功机的控制,上位机通过数据总线对各种信号进行采集和处理,同时完成对下位机的控制.基于虚拟仪器的软件系统完成人机交互过程.实验证明该试验台测控系统能够满足HMT样机的试验需要,完成HMT样机性能测试. The bench test-bed of Hydro-Mechanical Transmission (HMT) is one of important parts in the research and development of HMT. By the bench test, the performance testing, the property matching of vehicle transmission, and the control method of HMT can be carried out, which will lay the foundation for development of the HMT. In this paper, the HMT test bed is designed for a HMT prototype which will be assembled on the DFH1302R tracked tractor. In the control and test system of the HMT test bed, the slaver computers control the throttle of the engine and the eddy current dynamometer, and the master computer collects and processes signals by the data bus. The human-conputer interaction is carried out based on virtual instrument software.
