摘 要: 目的研究合理地选拔护理本科毕业生的方法。方法建立新的选拔模式,明确选拔目标,分阶段考核。结果选拔聘用的42名毕业生中仅1名因家庭原因辞职,其余均具有良好的素质,在临床发挥了骨干作用。结论规范化地选拔护理本科毕业生对学校和本人及用人单位都具有正面影响,同时通过规范化选拔护理本科毕业生对促进护理学科发展具有重要意义。 Objective To explore the means of selection of graduated nursing students with bachelor degree. Methods We established a new selection system, defined the goal of selection and assessed the students by stages. Results The selected 42 nurses with bachelor degree played important roles in clinical nursing. Among which,only one nurse quitted due to family reasons. Conclusion The standardized selection system is proved to be beneficial for nursing schools, nursing students and hospitals, which has significance for the development of nursing profession.
